Why this package is promoted hardest

The commercial logic is straightforward: larger orders mean higher revenue per customer and fewer refunds, because a buyer who is unsure at day 45 with four unopened bottles is more likely to hold on and hope than to initiate a return. There is nothing improper about structuring pricing this way, and almost every seller in the category does it.
It simply means the incentives of the page and the interests of the buyer point in different directions at exactly this decision.
