Lungora Review: The Costs That Are Not in the Price

The pricing table shows three numbers. There are at least three more costs attached to this purchase, and one of them is not measured in money at all.

Shipping on the entry package

The two-bottle Starter Package is $178 plus shipping, charged separately at checkout. The three- and six-bottle options include free US shipping.

That structure is deliberate and common: it widens the apparent gap between the smallest package and the larger ones, nudging buyers upward. It also means the cheapest way to try this product is not as cheap as the table suggests, and the actual figure only appears once you are already at checkout.

Confirm the total before submitting, and note the descriptor that will appear on your card statement while you are there.

Return postage and the unstated mechanics

The guarantee is 60 days, but nothing published states whether product must be returned, whether opened bottles are accepted, or who pays return postage.

On a six-bottle order that last question is not trivial — posting six bottles back with tracking is a real cost, and untracked returns are how refund disputes are lost. Ask for all three points in writing before you order, not after you decide to return.

The cost that is not money

Three months is not catastrophic on its own. But three months becomes six when the first bottle produces nothing and the second package seems worth trying. That pattern is the real expense in this entire category, and no discount code offsets it.

Why “lung detox” is not a thing

The premise underneath this entire product is that lungs accumulate residue which a capsule can help clear. They do not.

Healthy airways are lined with cilia beating roughly a dozen times a second, moving a mucus blanket steadily upward toward the throat where it is swallowed. Deeper in, alveolar macrophages engulf particles that get past. This system — the mucociliary escalator — runs continuously and does not need starting.

In smokers it genuinely is impaired: smoke paralyses and then destroys cilia. The intervention that restores them is stopping, after which they begin regenerating within one to nine months. That is also why many ex-smokers cough more for a while — the escalator is working again. No capsule replicates it, and the material that truly persists in damaged lungs cannot be removed orally at all.
