It is unusual for a product's packaging and its own sales page to disagree. Here they do, and the gap between them is the clearest summary of the whole review.

What the packaging claims
The bottle is labelled “Lung Cleanse Formula” and carries the lines “supports respiratory health” and “promotes natural lung detoxification,” alongside two icon bullets: “supports healthy lung function” and “promotes respiratory cleansing & immunity.”
The supplied product artwork goes considerably further, promising to cleanse the lungs, clear mucus and toxins, assist natural detoxification and enhance lung function.
That is a comprehensive respiratory claim set. It is the reason someone worried about their breathing picks up this bottle rather than a general multivitamin.
What the website describes
The official page’s mechanism section is a different document. It groups the ingredients under nerve health, circulation and cellular support, and antioxidant and healthy aging support — describing magnesium and ALA as supporting nerve signalling, butcher’s broom and L-carnitine as supporting circulation and cellular energy, and turmeric and CoQ10 as antioxidants.
It then describes the formula overall as supporting “the body’s natural nerve health pathways,” and closes the mechanism section by saying the combination supports “healthy nerve function, daily comfort, and overall wellness.”
The page does carry respiratory bullet points elsewhere. But its actual explanation of how the product works never mentions lungs.

Which document to believe
The website, because it matches the ingredients.
Look up each of the six compounds and the mechanism section is accurate: these really are nerve, circulatory and antioxidant ingredients. The packaging claims are the ones with no corresponding compound in the bottle.
Which produces an unusual situation: the most accurate description of this product is written by the people selling it, in a section most buyers scroll past on the way to the pricing table. If you read only one thing on the official page before buying, read the “How Does Lungora Work?” section, slowly.
The dose arithmetic
No individual amounts are published anywhere — not on the sales page, not in the FAQ, and no Supplement Facts panel is displayed. That matters more here than it would in a simpler formula.
Three of these six ingredients have well-established effective ranges. Alpha lipoic acid is studied at 600 mg daily. CoQ10 research uses 100–300 mg. L-carnitine trials use 1,000–2,000 mg. Those three alone total roughly 1,700–2,900 mg.
A large size-0 capsule holds about 800 mg of powder in total, shared between all six ingredients — and magnesium glycinate is a bulky form, because the glycine that makes it gentle also makes it heavy relative to its elemental magnesium content. At least half this formula sits well below a researched amount. Which half is exactly what a published panel would tell you.

Take the ingredient list to a pharmacist before ordering — blood pressure, anticoagulant, diabetes and thyroid medication all intersect with this formula. Buy a peak flow meter and record a baseline fortnight before your first capsule so you have a number rather than an impression.
