This site has taken this product apart across fifty articles. This one puts it back together and states a position, because a review that never reaches a conclusion is not much use.
A competent general-wellness capsule sold under a name its formula does not earn, at a price that does not reflect what is in it.
What we concluded about the formula
The ingredients are real, sensibly formed and reasonably chosen — for a healthy-ageing supplement. Magnesium glycinate rather than oxide is a genuine quality decision. CoQ10 is expensive and appropriate for an over-50 audience, particularly anyone on a statin. Turmeric and alpha lipoic acid both have real literature behind them.
What they are not is respiratory. Not one of the six has an airway evidence base, and none of the compounds that appear across genuine lung formulas — NAC, mullein, quercetin, vitamin C, bromelain — is present. The seller’s own mechanism section describes nerves, circulation and antioxidant defence, and its closing sentence does not mention lungs.

Would we buy it?
For lung support, no. Nothing in the bottle does that, and the money would be better spent on a spirometry appointment, cessation support if relevant, or a supplement that actually contains respiratory ingredients.
For general antioxidant and magnesium support, also probably not — but for a different reason. Standalone magnesium glycinate and CoQ10, with published doses, cost less than $2.40 a day combined and tell you exactly what you are taking. The blend charges a premium for convenience and withholds the information that would let you judge whether the premium is earned.
