Lungora Side Effects Review: The First Two Weeks

The seller's page does not discuss side effects at all. That is a gap worth filling, because the ingredient most likely to cause something noticeable is also the one most likely to be present in a meaningful amount.

What magnesium typically does first

Loose stools are the classic magnesium effect and they are dose-related. Glycinate is the gentlest common form — considerably kinder than oxide or citrate — so if you do get digestive looseness on this product, that is mildly informative: it suggests the magnesium content is not trivial.

For most people it settles within a fortnight or resolves entirely by taking the capsule with food. If it persists beyond two weeks, stop.

What the other five can do

Turmeric can cause stomach upset and, at higher intakes, increases bleeding and bruising. It stimulates bile flow, so it is inappropriate in gallbladder obstruction.

Alpha lipoic acid lowers blood glucose — watch for shakiness, sweating or confusion if you take diabetes medication. Skin rash is occasionally reported.

L-carnitine causes nausea and, at higher intakes, a recognised fishy body odour. CoQ10 is generally very well tolerated; mild nausea and insomnia are reported, so take it earlier in the day. Butcher’s broom causes digestive upset in some people, and can raise blood pressure.

Which symptoms mean stop

Most first-fortnight digestive symptoms are worth waiting out. These are not:

• Unusual bruising or bleeding — bleeding gums, nosebleeds, blood in urine or stool. Particularly important if you are anticoagulated.
• A rise in your blood pressure readings if you monitor at home.
• Symptoms of low blood sugar if you take diabetes medication.
• Severe or persistent abdominal pain, or yellowing of the eyes or skin.

And the one that is not a side effect but matters more: if your breathing gets worse while taking this, that is not the supplement failing to work. That is a reason to see a doctor.

The $780 that was never there

Every savings figure on the official page is measured against $179 per bottle. Two bottles are advertised against $358, three against $537, six against $1,074. The headline “Claim Up to $780 OFF” is simply $1,074 minus $294.

The arithmetic is internally consistent, which is worth acknowledging — $89×2 = $178, $72×3 = $216 and $49×6 = $294 all check out, and plenty of pages in this category cannot manage that.

What does not hold up is the reference. There is no evidence any customer has paid $179 for a bottle of this, no former-price history, and no circumstance in which it is the price. It exists to make $49 feel like a rescue. Ignore the savings badge and compare per-day cost instead: roughly $2.97, $2.40 and $1.63.

Take the ingredient list to a pharmacist before ordering — blood pressure, anticoagulant, diabetes and thyroid medication all intersect with this formula. Buy a peak flow meter and record a baseline fortnight before your first capsule so you have a number rather than an impression. Choose the three-bottle package rather than the six, since ninety days is a fair assessment window and it does not leave four months of capsules outside a 60-day guarantee. And diarise day 50 on the day you order.
