Lungora ReviEwS (2026): We Read the Label So You Don’t Have To
This article was meant to be a straightforward dose comparison. It turned into something else, because the document it depended on does not appear to be published anywhere.
The seller names six ingredients and publishes an amount for none of them. No Supplement Facts panel is displayed on the site.
What we set out to do
The method we use on every product is the same. Find the printed Supplement Facts panel. Read the milligram amount for each active. Look up the dose used in the research. Divide one by the other.
That comparison is the single most useful thing a buyer can know, and it takes about four minutes when the information exists.
What the page actually gives you
The ingredients are named in a single sentence: magnesium glycinate, alpha lipoic acid, butcher’s broom root extract, L-carnitine, turmeric extract and coenzyme Q10. That is the entire ingredient disclosure.
They are then grouped into three mechanism paragraphs — nerve health, circulation and cellular support, antioxidant and healthy aging — each describing what the category of ingredient does in general terms. No amount appears in any of them. The product photography shows the front of the bottle only.
We could not locate a published panel for this product. If one exists somewhere we have not looked, we would genuinely like to see it, and this page will be corrected and re-dated the day we do.
Compare Lungora packages and discount pricing
The three-bottle package covers a fair 90-day assessment window without leaving four months of capsules outside the 60-day guarantee.

What to do with this
Email before ordering and ask four questions: the milligram amount of each of the six actives, the turmeric standardisation percentage, whether any absorption enhancer is used, and whether the CoQ10 is ubiquinol or ubiquinone. All four cost nothing to answer, and a brand confident in its formulation has every reason to.
Then photograph the panel when your order arrives and compare it against what you were sold. If it differs from anything described here, tell us and we will re-check.
The dose arithmetic
No individual amounts are published anywhere — not on the sales page, not in the FAQ, and no Supplement Facts panel is displayed. That matters more here than it would in a simpler formula.
Three of these six ingredients have well-established effective ranges. Alpha lipoic acid is studied at 600 mg daily. CoQ10 research uses 100–300 mg. L-carnitine trials use 1,000–2,000 mg. Those three alone total roughly 1,700–2,900 mg.
A large size-0 capsule holds about 800 mg of powder in total, shared between all six ingredients — and magnesium glycinate is a bulky form, because the glycine that makes it gentle also makes it heavy relative to its elemental magnesium content. At least half this formula sits well below a researched amount. Which half is exactly what a published panel would tell you.
Independent background reading, none of it selling anything: PubMed, NHLBI on how lungs work and the FDA dietary supplement overview. For the applied version of this on our own pages, see the full ingredient breakdown and interaction table or the Lungora official website reference.
What we would do
Take the ingredient list to a pharmacist before ordering — blood pressure, anticoagulant, diabetes and thyroid medication all intersect with this formula. Buy a peak flow meter and record a baseline fortnight before your first capsule so you have a number rather than an impression. Choose the three-bottle package rather than the six, since ninety days is a fair assessment window and it does not leave four months of capsules outside a 60-day guarantee. And diarise day 50 on the day you order.
How to verify any of this
Every claim above comes from a source you can check yourself: the official order page, the published guarantee terms, the manufacturer’s own artwork, or peer-reviewed literature on each named ingredient. Where an amount is not disclosed by the seller, we say so rather than estimating it. If you find something here that is out of date or wrong, tell us and we will re-check it and re-date the page.
Frequently asked
No. Healthy lungs clean themselves continuously via the mucociliary escalator and alveolar macrophages. There is no accumulated residue for a capsule to dissolve.
Ask a pharmacist first. Butcher's broom is a vasoconstrictor — that is its mechanism — and it can raise blood pressure and work against antihypertensive treatment.
Not without asking whoever manages your INR. Turmeric affects platelet function while CoQ10 can reduce warfarin's effect, and L-carnitine has its own reported interaction.
No, and no dietary supplement is. There is no pre-market approval for supplements. Facilities are registered and inspected, which is a different thing from being approved.
Disclaimer. This formula contains butcher's broom, a vasoconstrictor that may raise blood pressure, and both turmeric and coenzyme Q10, which affect anticoagulation in opposite directions. Alpha lipoic acid lowers blood glucose. Take the ingredient list to a pharmacist before ordering, particularly if you take blood pressure, anticoagulant, diabetes or thyroid medication.
